In essence we request that you treat others as you would be treated
yourself. When you do anything in WoW, your behaviour reflects on
Raging Fire and on every one of your guild mates. Please keep this in
mind
Scamming, ninja-looting, begging, being abusive to others and
shameless spamming will not be tolerated within Raging Fire and will
result in a swift exit from the guild.

Raging Fire is, always
has been, and always will be a friendly guild. End of story. No if's,
why's or but's.
Please do not post aggressive, unfriendly or abusive posts in our
forums. They are not welcome.
If you have something to post, post it in a constructive manner or the
post will be either edited or deleted, along with your forum
privileges. No one expects everybody to agree all of the time but if
you do disagree with something, be it another view, a raid tactic or
the way we run things here, post your alternative views in a mature,
positive and constructive way.
In addition we have
always had members of the guild that are younger and as such the
forums need to be a friendly and suitable place for them. Adult
discussions are encouraged but please keep them clean and suitable for
everyone reading them. Censorship is not something that is enjoyed
but the enjoyment of all who visit these forums is something we take
pride in and will enforce if necessary.

People must come prepared to raids. This means consumables, repairs,
and being on time.
While we accept that some people have real life stuff, we do expect people to
spread their efforts across raids while we are progressing. Not
signing for any raids at all until they are on farm status will not be
tolerated.
Teamspeak must be installed even if the user has no microphone and raiders
must pay attention to TS.
Raiders required to install Bigwigs, ORA2 and Omen.
Raid channel in game is to be cleared immediately if asked to avoid
confusion and ensure people focus on instructions over TS.
Suggestions are welcome during the raid but should be filtered rather
than a barrage of whispers hitting the Raid Leader. If class leader is
present speak to him/her, if not, whisper one of the promoted raid
assistants.
Players should upon joining their first raid, join their respective
role channel, i.e. RFHeal, and follow directions and ask relevant
questions in there
People to check their DKP before the run. Checking while loot is being
distributed holds up the raid and causes unwanted delays
Trialists can immediately bid on loot when they join and have enough
DKP although they will only be able to bid minimum. Members will be
given a 15 dkp starter value to get them going, trialists will not
receive this until they pass trial.
Players to read tactics and be aware of resistances that may be needed
for certain encounters and do their best to obtain suitable levels.
Assistance will be given where appropriate and where willing has been
shown by the player prior to any offer of assistance
Signing for a raid when there is a good chance that you can't make it
purely to guarantee your place is not acceptable. It takes a place
away from someone who can guarantee a place and is very cynical.
Signing and having to cancel due to something unforseen is different.
Any incidents of the above could lead to player being bumped from raid
for guaranteed /signers
Raiders have agreed to
participation in two raids per week. If this begins to drop on a
regular basis without the knowledge/agreement of the raid leadership,
you place your raiding place on the line. Once you have been
replaced it will be very difficult to achieve a place on the team
again.
